Materials and methods

Recommended Material:

- ColorFabb XT

- PLA: Some latches broke printed in PLA, even 100% filled. Better use ColorFabb XT oder ABS

Print the following parts:

- 1x UM2_feeder_body.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_body_arm.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_guide_arm.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_hubAdapterA.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_hubAdapterB.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_knurl.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_latch.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_snapOnGuide.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_spacerUseSpiralize0.7.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_wheel.STL

- 1x UM2_feeder_yoke.STL

Necessary parts from original Ultimaker2 feeder:

- 1x spring

- 2x M3 washer

- 1x M3 nut

- 1x ball bearing

Additional parts:

- 1x M3x14

- 1x M3x35 screw

- 1x M3x10

- 1x piece of bowden tube

Where does the feeder knurl go?

Also I believe the list above should be updated to say 2 UM2 Feeder wheels right?

Does anyone know if there are specs available to order the bearing? I would like to retain my original feeder as is in addition to this one.

Since we use the new MK8 Drive Gear it works almost perfect. See:
