Description
I often use the gps app on my phone but there is no convenient place to put it in my car. This 3 way phone mount allows me to hang it from the rear view mirror.
This phone dock can hold any standard sized smart phone. (But not the huge ones!)
Instructions
Print everything at 30% infill minimum. You don't want your phone coming loose because you decided to save a little plastic!
I added the gray weather stripping to the mount to keep the phone from slipping out.
Materials and methods
Hardware:
(1) 1/4-20 x 3.5" long hex bolt, (Fully threaded for maximum adjust-ability)
(1) 1/4-20 x .75" long hex bolt (For the hook option)
(1) 1/4-20 butterfly nut
(2) 1/4-20 hex nut (One for the hook option and one for the tripod mount in the base)
