    I built this about a year ago as an exercise in old part reuse, and as a test of how stable FreeCAD was. It is only strong enough to push low viscosity liquids and pastes. Some Mk2 improvements would be to add gearing to the motor to increase pushing force, constrain the plunger pusher with two more bearings to provide for effective retraction, and use one of the old limit switches to zero the plunger position.

    Materials and methods

    Old parts left over after upgrading an Ultimaker Original with the heated Bed Kit:
    - Z Motor
    - Z Motor to lead screw coupler
    - Lead screw
    - Lead screw nut
    - Middle section plywood arms from old bed
    - M3 screws and nuts from old bed
    608ZZ Bearings x4
    25mm M8 screws x4
    M8 Nuts x4
    100cc Syringe
    2m 3mm ID vinyl fish tank tubing
